Going all natural with your diet really can help you lose weight.  In addition to the weight you will lose from subtracting artificial colors and flavorings from your diet, as well as sugar and many unfamiliar chemicals, eating certain foods will actually boost your rate of weight loss.  Whether you change your diet or just add some natural supplements to it, going green is safer that using man made products.  You will be glad you made the switch!
